This is what Odin recognises when I plug in my Samsung and two of the boxes go yellow. I have no external sd card. Is it ok to go ahead and apply the Gingerbread rom or does the odin need to recognise only one ID

Have you tried a different USB Port?

You may be safe to go ahead, but I wouldn't risk it.
