Saving internal memory
Hi,
I noticed the internal memory keeps getting used on my phone (Optimus One). As it is only 170mb max I want to use more of the external SD memory instead to preserve speed. I haven't installed any apps but have sync'ed google apps like contacts/mail and this seems to use up internal memory. How can I change it so everything is stored on external SD card instead? I am running android froyo 2.2 |

RE: Saving internal memory
From memory froyo doesn't let you install to the SD or move by default (although I may be wrong).
If it does then it's in the tas manager - downloaded tab. You click on the app an dit give you stats and options - one of them is to move to SD Card - or alternately to phone. Failing that there's a bucketload of apps in the market which do this. ![]() Miui Scotland - Weekly V4 |

RE: Saving internal memory
well, this is a general question and most of the android user have the same problem. I think you have not done a proper settings. Now, when you want to use external memory, there is an option in your phone to copy items to external card memory.Just copy or move it to an external memory and restart the phone again.
