Netbook? Or pad? For a blogger
If I'm frequently blogging and browsing and eventually developing while traveling and on the move, and in need of a slightly larger screen than a phone(read 10" screen)....
What would be the preferred solution? I like the idea of a 3g capable netbook and for my needs I think this fits what I want. But I'm after some real world XP. Netbook pros: Windows (Linux nerds aside, this is the biggest plus) Infinite apps Chrome web browser Qwerty Tab pros: Simplistic Attractive Potentially better battery life Easy on and off To be honest I can't really see a functional advantage to a tablet over a netbook. I touch type so qwerty wins... I guess I'm looking for peoples experience with tabs. And why I should stop thinking about buying a netbook. Sent from my Nexus S using Tapatalk |

Re: Netbook? Or pad? For a blogger
The winner of the argument is definitely the netbook. Content creation is the keyword. But there is two parts to that again.
Content creation, then content creation (development). Therefore I probably should've also included smartphone(phone). That seems to be the way I'm creating right now. Small amounts of design are being done by the browser in my phone. Major design requires a large keyboard and the more tactile response of the laptop. So in short the question has answered itself. Netbook/ laptop is the way to go. Until there is a genuine contender for the lap-pad-top. Windows 8 perhaps...? Sent from my Nexus S using Tapatalk |
