Patents and the "free" world
So the world is slowly starting the patent everything.
Can, for arguments sake, you buy a patent to release it to the public? Obviously that isn't business and people will use your ideas for evil. But, could google being the open company it is, release these patents to be used by anyone? I guess that could lead to the biggest company monopolising things... or at least over populating the market with product. Isn't that what we want though? So much of an amazing product that it forces the world to develop bigger and greater things? What are your thoughts and understandings of all this? Sent from my Nexus S using Tapatalk |

RE: Patents and the "free" world
It already happens.
Companies who wish can & do license their protected ideas/inventions/logos etc. Some charge like a wounded bull & others are more responsible. |
