HTC =Junk

2 HTC Incredible S phones on my business account have trouble ringing when people ring them, they also keep dropping the call.
No such problem with SGS on the same account.
Optus want the phones to go back to the service centre for up 15 days to find the fault & repair or replace.
No doubt they will turn the meter off whilst they have the handsets

Never will I use HTC again, they belong in the s**t pile as Sony & Samsung KIES.
