any advice for this 7" tablet?

Hello guys, i'm a student, and i'd like to buy an Android tablet PC, which i could use it to take quizzes during class etc. I like play games, and watch videos online, So, which tablet do you recommend? I have AT&T but I'm not interested in a contract. And one of my friends bought a 7" China tablet PC: http://www.spemall.com/7-inch-Capacitive...iFi_g.html
It's seems cool, with android 2.3 OS and 1.2Ghz processor, Samsung based, four point capacitive touch screen etc, seems can fit all my requirements, and i found that i can buy a leather case with keyboard with it, so it may bring me much more convenience in dealing with documents. So do you think it's worth buying? thanks for any suggests in advance!
