I'm pretty sure that claim got counter-claimed by SE.

Huh, right you are indeed... pity, pretty much kills the phone for me, as while I'm sure it does thing very nicely otherwise it's just going to be one of those things where people go 'So, can it do that pinch thing with the maps or photos'... and you'd have to reply 'well, no, this one doesn't', 'Well, Android is crap then, iPhone RULZ' etc. Bugger. Who made that ridiculous decision at SE hq then? And they still have the gall to charge a premium for it too, more than a galaxy s... madness |

This is why Sony fails in most areas, they charge a buttload for something you can get the same from another manufacturer (eg Samsung LCD/Plasma) only because once their name is slapped on a product, it's suddenly 'premium' quality and price for that matter! which is in most cases, not so.

RE: [Xperia X10] Ausdroid Review
In 2010 and onwards it is almost criminal to sell an android phone/tablet running anything less than 2.1! If not, it is a spec reserved for shonky chinese knockoffs.
A friend just got an X10 Google Nexus One @ froyo [2.2.1]| Huawei IDEOS u8150 @ froyo [2.2]| HTC Wildfire @ eclair [2.1-update1] | emulator @ whatever Android releases: - WeatherCell.net Australia BETA - SnowCell.net Australia Ski Slopes |
