Google's Nexus S
taken from engadget.

This thing is all but official anyway, but for what it's worth, Google's now got its own product page live for the upcoming Nexus S from Samsung. Here's the rundown: 4-inch WVGA display, triband HSPA with AWS support (no HSPA+, seemingly), 5 megapixel camera, NFC, 16GB of onboard storage, 512MB of RAM, available on T-Mobile. It's also got a gyroscope -- as do the existing Galaxy S phones -- along with something being called the "contour display" (which matches up with rumors we've heard), integrated VoIP support, and Android 2.3 Gingerbread. Interestingly, the phone's quoted as having nothing more than a 1GHz Cortex A8-based Hummingbird processor, seemingly shooting down rumors that this thing would be rocking the Orion dual-core setup.

Everything you wanted to know are HERE and HERE (everything apart from when it will come to aus, 16th Dec in US 20th in UK)

RE: Google's Nexus S
I love it in the video when one of the development guys says it's stock gingerbread, then the other guy says it's wicked fast. I don't mind touchwiz but you wouldn't describe it as wicked fast! Lagfix not required!

RE: Google's Nexus S
Nexus S is a great smart phone he physical in-hand experience is not much different but slightly better than the Nexus One Then phone is plastic instead of metal,Nexus S doesn’t feature that stupid ball that many Android phones used to like to include and the main feature of the device, the screen, is clearly nicer on the Nexus S versus the Nexus One,This phone is Designed by Samsung,The new Google phone the Nexus S placed on the new 2.3 version of Android Gingerbread, Nexus S, the latest and greatest Android device.

RE: Google's Nexus S
I've had this phone a little over a month now and loving it!

And this is my first Android phone. I'm very pleased with the OS!

I've only ever owned Nokia (symbian) phones, but my previous Nokia p'ed me off soo much that I have vowed to never buy a Nokia again.
