Ok I have the good fortune to be out in america right now till january 6th visiting my wifes family...

If anyone is interested in buying a NEXUS S I am prepared to make it happen for Smile

them. I won't extort crazy amounts extra or anything, but they are to be released at best buy on the 16th of december, which means I can go line up for you and buy one for you. I will finalize the price when I sit down figure out the price with sales tax included... Then if you want the device posted from here I can do that, but it will cost more in shipping, or I can post it to you when I get back to australia january 6th.

Well it would be

$529.99 Phone price (USA dollars)
$46.29 California sales tax (USA dollars)
plus $50 for my hour time (Aust dollars)
plus $x shipping - personally i would wait till I get back from America so the shipping is less, I live in Perth, so I imagine shipping will be around $10 including the insurance

So I guess in saying all that...

$645 Australia to your door...

By the way if this sounds unreasonable let me know... if there are two or three people who order i would drop my "time" charge cause obviously I am getting it done quicker... let me know what you want...

Will you be hit with any form of tax if you came into the country with say 3 Nexus S which according to your pricing would be close to 2k

don't think so, would just spread the phones across our group... should be ok, plus i didn't buy them in america... i swear... i didn't...

as of now no one seems interested, just thought i would throw the offer out there, little surprised Buzz doesn't want me to get him one to review/use... would be one of the first Aussie android sites with an actual hands on in the country... o

A bit off topic but I can't believe how well the iPhone 4 holds its value or any iPhone for that matter
