I would like to inform you that I have successfully unlocked optus my tab. Now I can use any provider's SIM.

I got my husband a my tab for Christmas it's good so far but I cannot figure out How to make the phone numbers display when we make a call and when a call comes in. It just says unknown. If anyone could help me change the settings to display the numbers id be very grateful! Thanks

I figured it out, caller ID turned off on the network.

I would like to share offline navigation software and map of Australia. It has been modded for tablet and is working perfectly in my Optus my tab. You don't need internet data anymore for navigation.

Download the file and extract it. Copy the contents to SD card and install iGOMyWay_8.4.2.139242_JMX_tangbohu_jnorbi.apk using any file manager.

Download the latest Australian map. Copy the Australia.fbl in IGO>content>map folder.

Unfortunatley you can't until Optus / ZTE release the upgrade. There is talk on other forums that one is comig but there is no exact dates yet,

I bought a ZTE V9 tab from KL (Nov2010)which is unlocked and I can use any carrier SIM in this- which enable me to call only but struggling to get internet connection. I can access internet through Wifi only. It can detect mobile networks- telestra,Optus, AU vodaphone. I have selected auto select to data package and network option. Is there anyone who can help me in this please? Sad

What carrier are you with?

I tried both Optus and AU Vodafone.
