Bear in mind that apple have individually outsold all of the other manufacturers except Nokia, and Nokia had a massive head-start...

I do realize that. I know that apple have sold out other manufactures. I know that apple have done a fantastic job. And I know that google has the most sales because they haven't limited themselves on hardware. I was merely giving props where it was deserved.
